Do people still mine ice?
Excuse me, could you please clarify something for me? I've been reading about various historical practices and I came across the term 'ice mining'. It sounds quite intriguing, but I'm a bit puzzled. Do people still engage in the activity of mining ice in modern times? Or is it something that belongs solely to the past, like coal mining or gold panning?
